Need To See

Calder

I have been meaning to go see the Calder show at the SAM pretty much from the time it opened in October. I always seem to forget about it or never have the time to go check it out. Well, seeing how it's only going to be there for another week I think its time I make the trek in there. I love Calder's work from all parts of his long career. He is not only one of my favorite artist for his body of work but also for his personality and the way he goes about creating. He never took himself or his work to serious, he was simply creating for the pleasure of creating. I need to go see this show.
