Copper Plates

I'm making a few more copper plates. These new ones will be larger then then the ones I have in my etsy shop. I make these plates out of recycled copper I find in scrap piles. I think this sheet was original a piece of flashing for a building and is somewhere between 14 or 16 gauge.

I'm documenting each stage and I think I will put together a little video of the whole process but until then here is a short clip showing the annealing process I did using my bbq.
