Progress
Here are some pictures of the progress we are making on the Wawona sculpture.
Right Now we are working on the lowest section of the sculpture, this will be at eye level.
Once the wood extensions are glued on they are then drilled out
Then they are carved and sanded smooth to blend in
Then the back side is carved in
This wood has so many amazing colors
Here is a close to finished section
